Hooked Property Solutions was founded by Eric and Michelle Moyer with a simple mission: bring honesty, quality craftsmanship, and military-grade discipline to every construction project in Western North Carolina.
After serving in the U.S. Navy, Eric channeled the leadership, work ethic, and attention to detail he learned in the service into building and renovating homes. Together with Michelle, who manages the business operations and client relationships, they've grown Hooked Property Solutions into one of Haywood County's most trusted contractor teams.
With 11 modular homes completed, dozens of renovations under their belt, and a licensed general contractor credential, Eric and Michelle approach every project — from a small drywall repair to a full new-build — with the same level of professionalism and care.
